About the Role

Netragard is currently seeking a Project and Office Manager to join our team. As a Project and Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of both project-related activities (penetration testing engagements) and day-to-day office functions. The role involves managing the delivery of penetration tests, associated testing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and serving as the first point of contact for external stakeholders

Boston/Remote

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Leading multiple projects and priorities concurrently 
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, schedules, internal resources, and project dashboards 
  • Resource Management, workload management, expectation management, deliverables management. 
  • Planning out new initiatives using project management best practices and eliciting the needed information (goals, timelines, dependencies) from relevant stakeholders 
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to develop/adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc. 
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, both internal and external 
  • Attend meetings and take/organize notes 
  • Coordinate team events; including travel arrangements, meal reservations, etc. 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documents 
  • Screen incoming telephone calls and take appropriate action 
  • Handle urgent requests in a timely and professional manner 
  • Plan and organize work to ensure the management priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld  
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, including research, data analysis, and managerial tasks 
  • Draft, edit, and proof-read various documents, including emails, reports, presentations, and memos 
  • Support other staff as needed 

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong people skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications 
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat 
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely 
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must have proven ability to initiate and manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities 
  • Strong technical aptitude 
  • Reporting experience and an aptitude for communicating status updates and roadblocks to leadership 
  • A Project Manager Professional Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a bonus

About the Role

Netragard is currently seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to join our team of passionate cybersecurity professionals.

This role involves performing manual penetration testing of our customers’ information technology systems including their external/internal infrastructure, web, and mobile applications, etc.

We are looking for an equally passionate individual who thinks differently about problems and looks for new angles in challenging situations.

Boston/Remote

Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual penetration testing for a variety of systems, such as, web, mobile, API, and infrastructure (internal, external, and wireless)
  • Plan and execute social engineering campaigns and physical penetration tests
  • Identify, understand, and exploit vulnerabilities to gain and expand access to remote systems
  • Document and communicate technical findings verbally and in a written format to the appropriate stakeholders/teams.
  • Assist in retesting security vulnerabilities that have been remediated and updating the report with remediation test findings.
  • Provide remediation recommendations
  • Assist with building, hardening, and maintaining systems used for testing
  • Stay up to date on cutting edge security topics and new attack vectors
  • Assist with pre-sales scoping to prospective clients
  • Review reports for depth and accuracy
  • Communicate with customers throughout testing engagement
  • Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff
  • Conduct research and publish articles on the latest cybersecurity news

 

You must have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience performing penetration tests
  • 5+ years of experience consulting
  • 1+ Industry leading qualification (OSCP/OSWE/OSCE, CRTO, CISSP, CREST, PNPT, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Report writing experience
